Eric David Greenspan

Eric David Greenspan is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the computer services industry. Mr. Greenspan began his career at IBM, as an education marketing representative, and was one of the youngest IBMers in history. He started his first company in 1995, also called “Make It Work”. The company grew to become one of the largest Citrix partners in the world, and was awarded with the distinguished status of “Platinum” in 1999. After selling the company in 2000, he then created a new company called Push, Inc. which was named top CRM Application Service Provider (ASP) in the nation by PC/Magazine. In 2001, Mr. Greenspan formed Make It Work LLC, now known as Make It Work, Inc., the Neighborhood Computer Support company ™. Currently Make It Work serves all of Southern California, with plans to expand nationwide! Mr. Greenspan has been profiled by numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal, Windows2000 Magazine, the Montecito Journal, the Santa Barbara News Press, Pacific Coast Business Times and others. Mr. Greenspan was named a Who’s Who in Technology and made the 40 Under 40 list in the Pacific Coast Business Times and has made semi and finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year categories for Ernst & Young, PriceWaterhouse Entretech and the Technology Council of Southern California. Mr. Greenspan is on the board of the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation and the Technology Council of Southern California and is a member of the Business Leaders Council of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce.

Jeremy T. Anticouni is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Make It Work, Inc. In his role as CTO, Mr. Anticouni is responsible for the overall technology direction of the company and is actively involved in designing and implementing new technology to support the company's rapid growth.

Mr. Anticouni is lifelong technophile and is a Real-world, feet on the street expert on topics such as Computers (PC/Mac), Home Theater, Internet (websites / email / security / and more), Cell Phones, PDAs, and more.

In addition to his duties at Make It Work, Mr. Anticouni hosts a weekly radio show, KNX Tech News, powered by Make It Work, on Los Angeles' premiere news radio station, KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO. Mr. Anticouni has been featured on ABC and NBC news segments and is a frequent guest speaker on technology and online safety. Mr. Anticouni's down-to-earth style allows him to communicate complex concepts and topics in an easy to understand manner.

As Chief Operating Officer and “Head Coach,” Mr. Greene brings over 25 years of services sector experience to Make It Work. His expertise is team building, motivation and structure. Following his time at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Greene successfully positioned multiple private companies for expansion, including spearheading a $30 million private equity investment in his last company.

Heather grew up in Northern California and graduated from Saint Mary's College of California in 2003 with a B.A. in International Studies, and Minors in Anthropology and Chemistry. Her career with Make It Work started with door-to-door marketing, followed by quick promotions in to the customer service and accounting departments. She has since landed in the Director of Flow position and oversees all call center and scheduling operations. Three words to define her..."Always On It!"

Mr. Feleay received a B.A. in Business Economics, with an emphasis in accounting, from U.C. Santa Barbara in 2005. Professionally, Carson has built his experience and expertise from working within mid-size established corporations to growth focused start-ups. He started his career at Make It Work as the Controller, and was promoted to Vice President of Finance after developing industry-relevant financial reporting, enhancing executive decision-making, thus leading to greater overall company performance. He is an expert at enforcing strict financial controls and streamlining systems and procedures to maximize productivity and profitability.
