Randy Greene, COO / Head Coach

Randy Greene, better known as Coach, is the glue that holds us all together. You’ll find Coach with a smile on his face, cheering on the Ohio State football team. He may be the oldest member on the team, but that doesn’t stop him from digging in to the latest gadgets and technology. (We’re extra proud of him for tackling Twitter.)

Marie Sapiens, Controller

Marie is the Monkey of the office. She keeps everyone smiling. Her cooking is the highlight of every office fiesta and her daughter, who we call Lizzard, is one of our favorite office visitors.

Barbara Weckstrom, Director of Synergy

Barbara is the calming force in the office with all of us monkeys. Mamma Barb we call her – she gives medicine to the sick and massages to the stressed. Her giant quiet dogs are a daily fixture at MIW HQ.

Kyle Wilding, Assistant Coach

Funny thing about Kyle – we’ve been calling him Ben for the last 7 years. Now he wants us to call him Kyle, and we’re trying really hard to make the change, we promise Be – Kyle.

Josh Spiller, Assistant Coach

Josh is what we at MIW call “On It”. He never misses an email and does everything with a smile. He is engaged to be married, and we have lots of fun teasing him about that.

Ashley Nikole Smith, Director of Clever

The official Mayor of Make It Work, Ashley is a social media junkie and can rarely be seen without her iPhone and a cup of coffee in hand. Her weekly baking adventures keep the office sweet.
